Cross Texas Realty sponsors licensed Texas Real Estate Agents across Texas, and maintains Broker Memberships in Real Estate Boards throughout Texas so that agents will have access to the regional board and MLS listings. If we are not currently a member of your regional MLS/Board, we will immediately do so upon your joining Cross Texas Realty.
There is no minimum required production or sales quota, but there is a minimum requirement for professionalism and conduct.
Cross Texas Realty will not knowingly accept new agents with currently pending complaints before the Texas Real Estate Commission [TREC], nor accept any agents against whom TREC has negatively ruled during the past 36 months. If you have any questions about this please, contact us before subscribing; there will be no refunds given to agents who sign up and have misrepresented their status resulting in termination of sponsorship.
Our goal is to provide the highest level of professionalism and quality of service throughout the State of Texas, as well as referral sourcing across Texas and the United States. Agents desiring to be on the referral list must have current [last 24 months] client recommendation letters [from successfully closed transactions], which will be posted on the Internet for the world to see.
We recognize that recently licensed agents may not yet have had the opportunity to attain to this level of service, but they will not be listed in the referral program without those letters of recommendation.
Apart from the referral program, Cross Texas Realty offers two different sponsorship opportunities;

Sliding Scale Commission Split Agent Referral Program Cross Texas Realty sponsors real estate sales agents across Texas, and offers them:
A flat monthly fee of $100.00, which includes your E&O coverage, plus a $25.00 transaction fee for each closed sale, and up to 10 active property listings [20 photo limit per listing - see samples below] on the CrossTexas website, a personal Bio on www.CrossTexas.info, and/or a link to your personal website; however, most will probably find having a separate personal website unnecessary.

Full time agents working out of the Argyle office, a sliding scale commission split with an annual fee of $100, refunded upon your first closing of each year. Commission split to Cross Texas Realty ranges from 0% to 25% based on production. Please see details[Forms] below.

1) Broker Sponsorship for the Associates Real Estate Sales Agent License.
2) Company Websites: www.CrossTexas.info - www.MyTexasHome.info - www.ArgyleMLS.com - www.DentonMLS.com - www.AirportsofTexas.com as well as other regionalized and property specific websites it deems beneficial to directing traffic to Cross Texas Realty Associates.
3) Up to ten[10] simultaneous customized individual property and property type web pages designed to maximize qualified interest specific responses by Internet search engines., with up to twenty [20] large photographs per web page / property. [Associate must provide photographs and property information.] Samples:
4) Associate shall be listed on the Find an Agent web page.
5) Associate Bio web page with client testimonials. [Associate must provide photo(s) and information to be included].
6) Link to any other personal web site owned/maintained by associate [limit one [1]].
7) Email link to Associate’s personal email address. [Associate must provide email address]
8) Broker membership in regional MLS board in associate’s primary trade area. Associate must pay associate’s membership dues.
9) Broker Assistance during normal business hours of 9-5 weekdays
10) Errors and Omissions insurance at levels deemed appropriate at the sole discretion of the Company. Associate may independently purchase supplemental insurance from any source the associate chooses. Associate will be provided a full copy of the policy, and understands that failure to conduct associate’s business in accordance with that policy, could void associate’s insurance coverage.
11) Lists of preferred vendors for signs, cards and promotional materials. Associate will not be required to use Company’s preferred vendors. Example: Color marketing flyers - $0.25/page[1side] $0.50/page[2 sides]; 11x17 folded to 11x4.25 [color both sides] $1.75each.
