Befitting Texas’ grand scale traditions, the ranch is superbly outfitted for boarding, breeding, training, and riding. The land is allocated between 5 pastures, each with its own loafing shed, feeder and water.

The arenas and barns are centrally located, with lanes leading to each pasture.

The covered, sixty foot diameter Round Pen is located just off the Show Barn, and features sodium vapor lighted and a fly spray system.

There are seventeen 12' x 12' stalls in the 6,000+ SF Show Barn, with one stall convertible into a 12' x 24' stall. The barn contains a large tack room, wash area, grooming, and show area featuring the “5T” logo, plus quality office and classroom space for sales, training, and educational programs.

Construction is concrete block, plastered inside and out, as are the individual dividing walls between stalls. Stall doors and stall walls abutting on the aisle are heavy metal. The wide center aisle is concreted. The roof structure is welded metal pipe, with baked on enamel metal roof, and electrical wiring is enclosed in metal conduit.

A fly spray system is installed and ceiling fans are located over aisle areas. Doors on each end of the barn are heavy-duty metal roll up type. Lights are automatically controlled in each stall for coat enhancement purposes, and fan forced heating is provided.

The 4,000+ SF Auxiliary Barn is located adjacent to the Round Pen, and between the Primary and Practice Arenas. It offers ten, 12'x12' stalls, tack room, and breeding and treatment area. Interior stall walls are custom rubber-board material to minimize the potential for injury. Automatic timer controls interior lights for coat enhancement and a fly spray system is installed.

The Primary Arena is located adjacent to the Round Pen, the Show Barn and six 34’x60’ paddocks with timer controlled lighting. The arena measures approximately 330’x120’, is lighted and features steer and calf handling facilities at each end.

The Practice Arena measures approximately 130’x60’ and is located just off the Auxiliary Barn.

There is a 5,400+ SF Breeding Facility complete with vet lab, storage area, 5 breeding stations, 16 stall “Mare Motel” with built-in feeding and automatic water, and three generous exterior holding Pens.

The eight central stalls, can be reconfigured to four, 11’x24’ stalls, and a fly spray system is installed.

Central to the operation is a 3,200 SF Feed Storage Building partitioned for separate feed, shavings, hay, and equipment storage areas, as well as helpers’ quarters.
